TOASTED AVOCADO AND TUNA
Use tuna in brine. Season with salt green chillies cubed tomato n mayo. Spreads on bread add slices of Avo. Cover n toast on griddle.
CHEEZAS
Grate cheddar cheese as required. Mix with salad cream salt n pepper. Add finely sliced spring onions or sautéed mushrooms or tuna. Spread on Rye bread or normal bread. Sprinkle with cayenne pepper n pop into the oven till melts.
GOURMET CHICKEN BURGERS
Marinate cubed chicken in lemon pepper, steers chicken marinade, red masala and bbq spice.
Cook in a little butter.
Fry chips keep aside.
Sauce
4 tblsp mayonnaise
Half tsp lemon pepper
Half tsp dry parsley

Build the burger with shredded lettuce chicken chops n sauce.
TORTILLA WRAPS:
1/2 kg chicken fillet
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp white pepper
1/4 tsp garlic
Green chillies
4 tbls jalapeño sauce
2 tbls calistos sauce
1 tbls steers peri peri sauce
1 tbls oil/ ghee
*Cook chicken until done and little saucy
You can buy wraps or make your own
Wraps:
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbls oil
1 tbls yoghurt
Salt
Hot water 2 make soft dough
*leave for 15mins roll like roti and bake on tawa
Layer sauce (mix mayo, calistos, steers peri peri and jalapeño) grated cheese chicken shredded lettuce tomatoes and drizzle of 1000 islands
*close wit toothpick and bake until cheese melts
CHICKEN SUBS
Prepare saucy chicken
Slit open cocktail rolls
Fill with chicken and top with grated cheese
Preheat oven to 180
Place subs in oven for about 8 – 10 mins
Top with salad which consists of carrots, cucumber, red cabbage and chopped coriander
