1 cup semolina
Braise in pot with Cinammon sticks and ghee
Just less than 1 cup sugar
2 cups milk
2 eggs
A little condensed milk
Drop of egg yellow colouring
Handful of almond powder
Method
Beat the above well till frothy and light or liquidise then add to your semolina mix. Stir occasionally till mixture comes together.
