Best Day Burgers (27.01.07)

1 kg lean beef mince

1 cup fresh breadcrumbs


1 small onion


3 Tsp fresh parsley


1 tsp dried mixed herbs


3 tsp tomato sauce


2 tsp worsteshire sauce


1 tsp sugar


1 tsp salt and pepper

To serve:

Hamburger rolls


Lettuce


Onions


Gherkin


Tomato

Combine mince, crumbs onions herbs tomato sauce Worcestershire sauce, sugar and seasoning together. Shape into four giant patties or eights smaller one. Cook over hot coals for 4-5 minutes on each side.


In the meantime, split roles and butter.


Place lettuce leaves and patties between the split bread folls and top with onion, gherkin and tomato slices.


Serve immediately.
