Ingredients:
½ kg pasanda undercut
½ tsp ginger paste
½ tsp garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp gram masala powder
2 inch piece of raw papaya
½ cup curd
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander whole
1 Tbsp ground chana
1 Tbsp Khus Khus
½ cup oil
Salt
1 small piece of coal.
Method:
Mix all the above spices, masala paste and papaya with curd and the oil and apply to the pasandas and set aside for 3-4 hours, then put into preheated oven and let it cook on a medium heat till the meat is very well cooked. Remove from oven when water dries up. Put a burnt coal in the middle and cover for sometime to give aroma to the kebabs. Open it and serve with naan.
