2 tsp baking powder; ½ tsp salt
Make dough with: ½ cup milk
½ cup water
FILLING
1kg raw chicken breast (cubed)
6-8 tomatoes (grated)
Salt & pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground green chillies
1 full tbs butter
3 tbs tomato sauce
3 tbs piccalilli
Sesame seeds
1 cup cheese (grated)
1 egg
METHOD:
Cook the cubed chicken with tomato and spices in butter. When done add piccalilli, tomato sauce. Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out 1 part, pat into a round tray. Add filling over dough and top with cheese. Close with the other part of dough. Brush with some egg and sprinkle sesame seeds. Put a few blobs of butter and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 45 mins.
