Burfee Pudding (23.08.2010)

1 litre milk

1 tin condense milk

1 tin big nestle dessert cream

2 tsp china grass powder / gasspowder

2 Tblsp of milk powder/ klim

1 Tblsp custard powder

½ tsp elachi powder

 

Method:

Boil milk with gass powder, mix milk powder and custard powder in little milk, add to the boiling milk and keep boiling until thick. Remove from heat and add condense milk and ½ tin of the cream. Beat well, pour in a mould line with wax paper, and set the mixture. After it sets turn it upside down in a serving dish. Beat ½ tin of nestle cream (optional with 2tspn of icing sugar) pour water over pudding and decorate as desire.
