I Chicken

Salt

Red masala

½ cup tomato sauce

Add lemon juice

Kokra dhana

 

Marinate chicken cook with:

 

Ghee and oil

Must be saucy

Potatoes ( cut round and fry)

Red peppers (Red/Yellow/Green) strips

Stir fry veg

2 cups boiled rice (like biryanai)

1 tin sweet corn

 

Method:

 

Set in pot and steam in the following order:

Chicken

Potatoes

Stir fry veg

Sweet corn

Rice
