500g chicken fillet or steak finely cubed
2 Tbsp ghee
1 med onion, fnely chopped
1 tsp chilli garlic paste
3 large tomatoes grated
2 tsp red chillies
2 tsp crushed jeeru
¼ tsp tumeric
1 tsp salt
¼ cup fresh cream
4 Tbsp tomato & tamarind chutney
Mini bread loaves.
Heat ghee and fry onion until light pink
Add the chillie garlic paste and meat
Cook for a few minutes and add the spices and tomatoes
Add some water and cook until tender
Add the fresh cream and cook until meat is slightly dry.
Add the tomato sauce chutney and mix well
Cut the mini loaves into half
Hollow the centre of the loaves
Place cooked filling into the rolls and place on an oven tray
Bake the bunny chows for 5 min in a pre heated oven at 200 and serve .
