1 tsp Aromat
1 tsp Robertson’s Steaks & chops spice
1 tsp Robertson’s bbq Spice
Tsp lemon pepper Ina parman)
1 tsp Ina parman garlic pepper
1 tsp dry mustard powder
Green masala to taste  (I used 1 tblsp)
Vinegar
Lemon juice
1Tblsp Mayonnaise
3 Tblsp Steers garlic sauce
1/2 pkt onion soup powder
1/2 pkt Ina Parman Pepper sauce
Cinnamon sticks
2-3 tblsp Oil
250ml fresh cream
1/4 butter
No salt required!!
Method:
Soak fillet Steak in Vinegar until all blood is drained. Drain properly. Make 2cm slits, making sure not to cut right through… fillet should stay intack. Marinate overnight in all the above ingredients except butter. Place into an oven pan and bake on 180C for 2hours. If there is too much watery sauce Remove the sauce and thicken on the stove. Place the fillet into your pot add the butter, pour the sauce over and it is ready to be served.
