1kg fillet steak – thinly sliced
4 Tbsp pepper sauce
2 Tbsp garlic sauce
1 tsp chillie garlic spice
4 Tbsp lemon juice
2 Tbsp pepper steak spice
1 tsp salt
¼ cup fresh cream
Method:
Mix all ingredients together except for the fresh cream and marinate the steak for 2 to 3 hours. Either braai over coals or on skottel. Add fresh cream to let – over marinate and boil. Baste steak with this marinate before removing from braai.
