2 slices bread (soaked)
1 kg mutton mince
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp arad
3 tsp dhana jeero
1 tsp red ginger garlic
3 – 4 crushed handfuls of corn flakes
½ tsp white pepper
Lemon juice
2 Tbsp vinegar
1 egg
3 Tbsp butter
2 tsp fresh ground garlic
1 onion grated
Method:
Squeeze out water from bread
Add to remaining ingredients
Mix well together
Form into balls and flatten slightly
Fry in oil till done
