Green Chutney (28.08.07)

 

2 branches green dhunia  

1 small bunch mint leaves

½ bunch curry leaves

4 green apples

2 green mangoes

2 bunches spring onions

1 cup coconut

3 green peppers

1 ball garlic

2 onions

2 tsp fine jeeru

Salt to taste

 

Method:

 

Liquidize everything with white vinegar. Bottle and store in the fridge
