Juice of 1 lime or lemon
1 mango cut in cubes
1 avocado cut in cubes
100 g cherry tomatoes halved
1 red onion chopped
1 cup coriander chopped
400 g can black beans drained
Mix all ingredients together
Season with salt and pepper
