Boil 4 potatoes (cubed)
Mash with
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp crushed green chillies
Pinch of arad /turmeric
1 tsp red chilli
1 tblsp green chutney
dash of lemon juice
Warm 2 tblsp oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, tal and curry leaves (chopped finely) let it sizzle then throw it over the mash.
Add chopped dhana.
Butter bread add some of the mash, add grated cheese, u could add a bit of green chutney but that’s optional..
Close and toast, serve hot with yummy red chutney.
