Vagaar:
1 grated onion
2 Tbsp oil
1 tsp dhana jeeru
Green ground masala to taste
1 tsp garlic

1 Tbsp chana flour- braise
Garnish with green dhana spring onions.
Method:
Braose onion add spiced meat
Cook unitl meat is tender
Add 2 litres water blended soup mix
Leave to boil slowly +- 1 hour.
