Home remedies for influences

INFLUENZA IS COMMONLY KNOWN AS FLU. WITH FEVER AND RESPIRATORY SYMPTOMS. THE SYMPTOMS BEGIN SUDDENLY WITH FEVER, CHILLS, HEADACHE, COUGH, MUSCLE PAINS, RUNNING OR CONGESTED NOSE, BAD COLD, DIFFICULTY IN BREATHING. PNEUMONIA, AND SOMETIME TOTAL WEAKNESS OR EXHAUSTION.

A PERSON WITH FLU NEEDS TOTAL BED REST.

A PERSON WITH FLU MUST NOT BE CONSTIPATED.

IF PATIENT IS CONSTIPATED, ADMINISTER THE FOLLOWING MEDICINE FOR CONSTIPATION, PRIOR TO TREATING HIM WITH THE CURES FOR INFLUENZA.

PREPARE THE FOLLOWING MILD TEA FOR CONSTIPATION:
SIX GRAMS SONF (FENNEL SEEDS) SIX GRAMS SENNA LEAVES. ADD THE ABOVE TO ¼ LITER WATER, BRING TO BOIL, STRAIN  SWEEN WITH

HONEY, AND DRINK WATER.
THE PATIENT MUST ABSTAIN FROM OILY FOODS, SOUR FOODS   STRONG FOODS. GIVE PATIENT LIGHT FOODS ONLY, LIKE SOUPS AND SAGO ETC.

THE CURE
DO REMEMBER, THAT ALLAH ALONE CURES MUTI, MEDICINES, DOCTORS, HAKEEMS
AND GRANDMA DO NOT CURE. THEY ARE ONLY INSTRUMENTAL IN DOING SO THE
QURAAN TELLS US; AND WHEN I FALL ILL (SICK), THEN HE (ALLAH ALONE)

100 GRAMS CINNAMON POWDER
15.6 GRAMS CLOVE POWDER
46.8 GRAMS GINGER POWDER

MIX THE ABOVE POWDER WELL. AND KEEP SAFELY IN A GLASS BOTTLE. WHEN DOWN WITH FLU, HAVE FOUR GRAMS OF THIS POWDER EVERY SIX HOURS. ALLAH
ALONE IS THE CURER.

ONE COULD ALSO HAVE THE FOLLOWING TEA, IF THE ABOVE IS NOT AVAILABLE

TEN WHOLE BLACK PEPPER (CRUSHED)

ONE ELACHI (CARDAMOM))

ONE PIECE CINNAMON

ONE LAWANG

TEN FRESH PHODEENA (MINT) LEAVES SHREDDED

ADD THE ABOVE TO 1/4LITRE WATER BRING TO BOIL IN AN ENAMEL POTS HERBAL TEA MUST NOT BE BOILED IN STAINLESS STEEL OR METAL POTS DRINK WARM.
IMMEDIATELY AFTER DRINKING THE ABOVE TEA. GET UNDER THE BLANKETS UNTIL YOU PERSPIRE PROFUSELY. ALLAH IS THE CURER.
