Kebaab and Speghetti Casserole (21.02.13)

KEBAAB MIXTURE
500g steak mince washed and drained
½ tsp salt or to taste
1 tsp green chillies or to taste
¼ tsp turmeric /arad powder
1 tsp gharam masala
1tsp dhania powder
½ cup dhania /coriander leaves
1 tsp garlic paste
1 small onion grated
1 slice bread; soak in water for a few minutes then drain

METHOD
Mix together the above ingredients in a food processor. Form into kebab rolls. Fry in shallow oil over medium heat until light brown. Remove from oil. Set aside.
In the meantime…
Boil 3 cups spaghetti in salted water and drain braise 2 grated tomatoes with 3 tblsp tomato puree, 1 tsp red chillie powder, ½ tsp salt and 2 tblsp ghee over a low heat. Add sauce to the kebabs Add spaghetti to kebabs. Mix well. Pour 1 tin cream style sweet corn and sprinkle grated cheese over. Bake in 180c oven for 15 minutes
