Kebaabs Chicken mince (Safeera)

1 kg chicken mince
1/2 loaf brown bread
Put in a magimix
1 green pepper grated
Green masala
1 bunch dhania
1 bunch spring onions
2 large onions grated
1 tsp chicken spice
1 tsp aromat
1 tbl garlic flakes
1 tbl lemon pepper
1 tbl white pepper
3 tbl melted ghee
Mix together and shape into long kebaabs
Steam kebaabs
Melt 1/2lb butter + juice of one lemon
Pour over kebaabs and grill
