500g mince
3 slices bread
1 onion
2 tsp ground green chillies
2 Tbsp mix vegetables
½ green / red pepper fine
1 tsp ground garlic
1 tsp lemon pepper
½ tsp white pepper
1 tsp aromat
Salt to taste
D1 tsp nutmeg
2 Tbsp chooped dhunia
1 Tbsp ghee
Method:
Place mince, onion and bread in a food processor and blend well.
Remove from processor and place in bowl.
Mix in rest of ingredients.
Shape mince into small sausages shapes, and fry them in little oil over medium heat , until they are ½ done.
Place ½ done seekhs in a covered oven container, sprinkle with a little lemon juice and bake for about ½ hour.
Serve with small pita breads or small puris.
