This heatwave calls for cool and refrshing breakfast smoothies… with all the delicious mangos in my fruit bowl..i decided to whizz myself a smoothie.
I used a bit of cardamom. Which I absolutely loved … great combination
- 2 mangos cubed
- Half cup yoghurt (vanilla/plain)
- Half cup of almond milk/normal milk
- Quarter t cardamom powder
- 2 T honey (optional) extra sweetness
- 1 passion fruit
Method
Blend the above excluding the passion fruit and few cubes of mango for decor. Top with mango, passion fruit and coconut flakes… Enjoy…
