Soak and liquidize:
½ cup red whole chillies
8 cloves garlic
¼ cup white vinegar
Ingredients:
1kg T-bone steak
salt to taste
2 tbsp garlic and chilli paste
2 tbsp red fine chillies
2 tbsp steak and chops spice
2 tbsp barbeque spice
¼ cup oil
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp lemon pepper
3 tbsp tomato sauce
