1 kg baby T bone steak washed and drained
1 tsp salt
2 tsp fine red chilies
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp aromat
2 tblsp lemon juice
3 tblsp mayonnaise
1 tsp ground dhania
3 – 4 tblsp tomato sauce
3 tblsp peri peri sauce of choice
2 tblsp chilli garlic sauce
METHOD
Mix spices and sauces together to form a paste
Rub over steak and marinate
Heat a little ghee in a flat bottom pot and add steak.
Cook over a low heat until ¾ way done.
Thereafter place in an oven tray and grill for 5 – 10 minutes on each side before serving.
T-BONE CAN BE SERVED WITH CHIPS. BAKED POTATOES AND SALADS
