Airfry or normally fry chips
Season well with salt, chilli powder, vinegar (not too much) and chips seasoning
Plate the chips and drizzle with chilli sauce, mayonnaise mixed with sour cream, tomato sauce. Drizzle the sauces in neat lines using a piping bag
You can also add chopped pickles and cheese to the top
Decorate some parchment paper with zig zags to replicate the Medina fries packaging
