1 Tbsp oil
1 green chilli crushed
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp coriander cumin powder
½ tsp tumeric
1 tsp ginger garlic masala

Sauce:
1 Tbsp oil
3 Chopped tomatoes
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp chilli powder
1 sliced green chilli
Salt
MASH:
2 Potatoes
1 Tbsp butter
½ tsp ground white pepper
2 Tbsp lemon juice
2 cups grated cheese
Parsley
125g spaghetti
Mince:
Braise green chilli and ginger garlic masala.
Add mince and spices braise well cook until done.
Mash:
Boil potatoes, mash after soft, add butter, pepper salt and lemon juice until well combined.
Sauce:
Braise green chilli and garlic in oil
Add tomatoes and spices.
Cook until tender, drain and set aside.
Cook pasta in salted water until done
Strain and leave
How to set the oven dish:
1. place mash evenly over base of well greased oven dish.
2. mix mince and sauce together and spread over mash.
3. Arrange spaghetti over mince mixture
4. add cheese to the top
Bake at 180 C for 30 minutes wait for cheese to melt.
