1 kg mince
3tsp green ground chillies
4 tsp baking powder
4 egss yolks
6 slices bread
1 bunch dhunia
1 ½ tsp white powder
½ tsp grated nutmeg
2 tsp salt
1 large onion
1 bunch spring onions
Method:
Squeeze out all moisture from washed mince.
Put bread in processor and crumb fine like.
Put chopped greens and all other ingredients in a bowl and add to mince & bread crumbs.
Either put in processor to mix or knead with hands till the mixture is well mixed.
Shape mince into balls and flatten slightly.
Whisk egg whites slightly, Dip kebabs in this and fry in deep oil till they are a lovely gold colour.
