LEMON MINT MOCKTAIL

It’s one big lemon washed and cut in quarters. 1 cup sugar and 1 litre water liquidise/blend the lemon with skin for a minute on high strain it and then take a handful of mint leaves washed and blend in ½ liter water and ¼ cup sugar you can . Add more sugar according to your taste if u want it sweeter or more tangy. Bottle it and can be served icy cold or like a slushy drink
SUMMER SPARKLE
3-liter cream soda, 3-liter sprite, 1 bottle 750ml passionfruit cordial, 1-liter orange juice, 1 liter litchi juice. Garnish with lemon slices, mint leaves n granadilla pulp. Makes a lot.
