10kg Mutton.
15 large onions.
5 TBlspns Jeero.
15 Gem Squash.
2kg Fresh Tomatoes.
2 X 410g Tin whole tomatoes.
1x 410g Tomato puree.
5 Platter spoons ginger garlic red masala.
5 Tablespoon Arad.
5 Tablespoons Dry Dhana.
5 Tablespoons Salt.
5 Tablespoons Fine Red Chillies.
Optional add whole spices.- elachi, cinnamon, cloves etc…
3/4 bag potatoes.
Method
Make vagaar with onions whole jeero ghee n oil. When done add n braise masala and spices then add mutton and gem squash which u peeled n cubed. Then cook the mutton when half way done add your liquidize tomatoes , tomatoes puree n cook further until water is burnt out then add potatoes and add water n allow to thicken and garnish with green dhania.
