1kg mutton
1 large onion
1 cinnamon stick
Whole peppers and cloves
Jeero
Ghee
Make vagar with onion. Add in mutton and cook for 45 minutes till done.
Meanwhile cut up veggies. I used the following:
Baby marrows
Carrots
Butternut
Onion
Tomato
Green beans
Cabbage
Potato
Once mutton is done,heat ghee in a big pot add mutton. Season with the following ingeredients:
Green masala
Lemon pepper
White pepper
Crushed garlic
Salt
Dhana jeero
Arad
Aromat.
Add veggies in order of which takes longer to cook. Once all veggies are on close pot and cook on low for 15 minutes.
Serve with pap or roti.
