1 KG FILLET STEAK – BUTTERFLIED
Marinate with:
1 ½ tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
2 tsp garlic
Some Lemon juice
2 tsp Worcester sauce
1 tsp crushed green chillies
¼ cup Steers Garlic sauce
¼ cup Nandos lemon n herb peri peri sauce
Marinate for 2 – 3 hours.
Add olive oil and ghee to a non stick pot or frying pan. Place steak and cook until done.
SAUCE
250 ml fresh cream
Any pepper sauce of choice – Nandos, Steers etc..
1 punnet cut up mushrooms
Salt and pepper
Boil on stove for a few minutes till done. Pour over cooked steak.
Sprinkle chopped dhania and slice green pepper to garnish.
Add potatoes wedges on the side. Serve with garlic rolls and a nice green salad
