Ingredients
500g steak mince
5 slices white bread
1 Tbsp butter
1 medium onion chopped
1 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp ground jeera
1 tsp dhana
1 Tbsp garlic paste
2 Tbsp dhanya chopped
1 tomato grated
1 tsp salt
Method: Braise onion with butter, garlic, tomato and spices simmer gently.
Add dhanya to onion mixture, soak bread in water and squeeze out excess water and add to onion mixture.
Wash mince and drain thoroughly.
Make about 6 balls and place in Pyrex wit a little oil.
Bake @ 180 for +- 40 minutes.
