500 grams mince..
Half tsp salt
2 tsp fine red chillies
1 tsp ground coriander seeds/crushed dhania
½ tsp arad
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp ginger garlic mix
4 cloves garlic
2 medium onions sliced
2 grated tomatoes
2 tblsp tomato puree
A few whole red chillies
3 sticks cinnamon
METHOD
1. Fry onions in 3 tblsp oil until light brown
2. Add mince and rest of ingredients except tomatoes
3. Keep stirring until dry. Add tomatoes and tomatoe puree
4. Cook over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Serve with hot roties
