INGREDIENTS

3 CUPS FLOUR

1 EGG

2 TBLSP GHEE

1 TSP BAKING POWDER

¼ TSP SALT

½ TSP CRUSHED GREEN CHILLIES

½ TSP WHOLE JEERO

½ CUP HOT BOILED MILK AND ½ CUP MILK MIXED TOGETHER 

 

METHOD

MIX TOGETHER FLOUR, EGG, GHEE, BAKING POWDER , SALT, GREEN CHILLIES AND JEERO IN MAGIMIX.

MAKE DOUGH WITH WATER AND MILK MIXTURE. LET DOUGH STAND FOR ABOUT ½ HOUR AND THEN ROLL OUT INTO ROUNDS AND FRY.
