INGREDIENTS:
3 Teaspoon fine red chillies
3 tablespoons methi masala
1 BIG bottle ALL JOY tomatoe sauce
1 BIG pkt amli
2 tablespoons tal
Curry leaves
4 tablespoons sugar
3 teaspoons salt
Half cup vinegar
Half cup oil
METHOD:
Soak amli in vinegar, strain, add tomatoe sauce, sugar and salt (to taste). Heat oil lightly, fry tal, methi masala and curry leaves. Add to mixture and mix well. Allow to cool, and then bottle.
