Ingredients:
Minced meat (any)
Cardamoms powder pinch
Black pepper 2 tsp
Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
Cloves powder pinch
Coconut, grated 1 tbs
Cream 12 tbs
Cumin (jeera) seeds crushed 1 tsp
Garlic paste 3 tsp
Ginger paste 3 tsp
Gram flour chna 3 tbs
Oil 1 tbs
Onion paste, browned 3 tbs
Poppy seed (khus khus) 2 tsp
Raw papaya 1 tbs
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Yoghurt 2 tbs
Method:
Mix mince with all other ingredients. Knead well for 10 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Moisten hands with cold water and mould mixture around skewers pressing and shaping to the size of a frankfurter sausage, about 5½ inches long. Roast the kebabs in a moderately hot over for 12 minutes till they are browned uniformly. The kebabs can also be slid off the skewers and cooked over braai.
