Ingredients:
500g mince washed and drained
1 medium onion grated
½ cup chana daar boiled and mashed
Ground green chillies
1 tsp each of ground garlic, salt and pepper
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp jeeru powder
Cut greens
2 boiled eggs- sliced
Method:
1. Mix al ingredients besides eggs.
2. Flatten in palm and put a slice of egg.
3. Cover with mince like cutlets and deeps.
