½ grated carrot
a few peppercorns
2 to 3 elachi and cinnamon
chicken fillet
white/black pepper
1 tsp green masala
ground garlic
fresh ginger
fresh arad
Braise all ingredients together in a little ghee. Add boiling water, thereafter add in oats, let it boil on low heat.
