Ingredients:
250ml sour cream
250ml fresh cream
1 cup pasta
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 cup grated cheese
1 cup cubed chicken fillets
1 tsp fine salt
1tsp ground green chillies
½ tsp crushed jeeru
¼ tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp ground garlic
1 sliced onion
1-2 tblsp ghee
Mixed herbs for sprinkling
Method
Boil pasta and set aside.
Saute onion in ghee.
Add chicken with spices and cook till almost done.
Then add corn and cook till done.
Mix all ingredients together with sour cream, fresh cream and cheese.
Spread into a glass dish.
Spread mixed herbs.
Bake on 180c for approximately 20min.
