- 1 kg chicken fillet (cubed)
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 3 tblsp ginger garlic masala
- 1 tsp whole jeeru
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp arad/turmeric
- 1 tblsp dry dhana
- 3 tomatoes (grated or liquidized)
- 5 tblsp tomato puree
- 4 to 5 tblsp ghee and oil
- ½ pkt spaghetti (boiled)
- 4 large potatoes (grated and fried seperately)
• Make vagaar with onions, jeeru and oil.
• Braise masala and spices then add chicken fillet.
• Cook till water is burnt out, add tomato and tomato puree and cook further.
• Add about 1 cup water with spaghetti, cook till nice and thick.
• Serve with rice and potato.
• Garnish with greens and serve.
