- 500g tenderized steak cut into strips
- 2 tblsp oil
- 1 tsp chilli garlic paste
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 tsp red chillies
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp crushed jeera
- 1tsp salt
- 1 tsp barbeque spice
- 2 tblsp vinegar
- 2 tblsp oil
- 1 small onion – sliced
- 1 medium green and red pepper – julienne slices
- 2 tblsp peri peri sauce
- 2 tblsp worcestershire sauce
- 2 tblsp mayonnaise
- 1 tblsp tomato sauce
Method
- Marinate steak with all the spices except the sauces for 2- 3 hours or overnight.
- Heat the oil and stir fry the steak for a few minutes.
- Add i cup water and cook until steak is tender.
- Heat oil and stir fry onions, green and red peppers and add to steak.
- Finally add the sauces and simmer until slightly thick.
- Add more salt and chillies if required.
- Serve with chips and a salad.
