• 500g tenderized steak cut into strips
• 2 tblsp oil
• 1 tsp chilli garlic paste
• 1 tsp crushed garlic
• 1 tsp red chillies
• 1 tsp lemon pepper
• 1 tsp crushed jeera
• 1tsp salt
• 1 tsp barbeque spice
• 2 tblsp vinegar
• 2 tblsp oil
• 1 small onion – sliced
• 1 medium green and red pepper – julienne slices
• 2 tblsp peri peri sauce
• 2 tblsp worcestershire sauce
• 2 tblsp mayonnaise
• 1 tblsp tomato sauce
Method
• Marinate steak with all the spices except the sauces for 2- 3 hours or overnight.
• Heat the oil and stir fry the steak for a few minutes.
• Add i cup water and cook until steak is tender.
• Heat oil and stir fry onions, green and red peppers and add to steak.
• Finally add the sauces and simmer until slightly thick.
• Add more salt and chillies if required.
• Serve with chips and a salad.
