Strawberry / Pineapple fresh cream cake (05.07.07)

3 eggs
¾ cup castor sugar } Beat together until light and fluffy

1 cup flour
1 Tbsp maizena } Sift together
Add into egg mixture by whisking or by hand

2 Tbsp melted butter
5 Tbsp milk cool slightly } Boil together
1 tsp baking powder
Fold into mixture
Pour into greased + waxed wrapped cake tin and bake in moderate oven until done for +-½ hour.
Allow to cool on rack.

Beat 1 tub 250ml fresh cream with some icing or castor sugar to taste.
Slice cake in ½ spread cream + pineapple of strawberries sandwich together and spread top and sides with the rest of cream. Decorate with pineapples or strawberries.
