Ingredients:
200g (3/4 cup) pitted dates
125 (½ cup) various chopped fruit
250ml (1 cup) plain yoghurt 1 banana
Dash of cinnamon or nutmeg
Method:
Mix dates, fruts, banana with ½ cup youghurt in blender and turn to high speed.
Add the rest of the yoghurt and flavouring.
Blend on low speed until combined.
