Sweet Chilli

Garlic Marinade Perfect for Chops, Steak and Ribs

Ingredients
½ Sweet Chilli Sauce
3 tbsp Chilli & Garlic Sauce
2 BBQ Sauce
2 Tomato Sauce
2 tbsp Oil or Melted Butter
1 tbsp Garlic Paste
1 Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Dhania Jeeru (Coriander & Cumin)
1/2tsp Chilli Flakes
1tsp Salt
Juice of ½ lemon Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Brown Sugar or Honey

Optional Extras
Worcestershire Sauce – 1 tsp
Smoked Paprika – pinch
Fresh Rosemary – for steak

Method
Mix everything together in a bowl until smooth and well combined. Pour over chops or steak and massage property into the meat. Marinate for minimum 1 hour overnight for deep flavor. Braai or grill on medium heat so the sugars caramelize without burning. Baste with leftover marinade while cooking for extra sticky, saucy goodness!

Pro Tip
Let the meat rest fr 5-10 minutes after cooking so the juices stay in and every bite is tender and juicy!
