This weeks Ramadhaan smoothie recipes

BERRY/BANANA SMOOTHIE.
250ml fat free milk
750 ml bran flake cereal
4 fresh strawberries
1 peeled banana
Blend of liquidize until smooth and enjoy cold at sehri time.

APRICOT SMOOTHIE.
500ml of fat free milk which can also be substituted with 125ml fat free milk and 125ml of plain yoghurt, which ever one prefers.
750ml of bran flake cereal
125ml fresh or boxed apricot juice
1 peeled banana.
 
Blend or liquidize and enjoy at sehri time.
