2 cups flour.
60g margarine.
Half tsp salt.
METHOD.
• Rub ingredients to resemble breadcrumbs.
• Make dough with water.
• Leave dough to rest for an hour or two.
• Divide into balls and roll thin rotis.
• Semi cook on tawa
FILL ROTI WITH THE FOLLOWING:
FILLING:
• 350 g Chicken fillet cubed.
• 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Masala.
• Salt n pepper to taste.
• 2 tblsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp dhania powder
• 1tsp jeera powder
• 1 tsp crushed red chillies
• 1 tsp chillie powder.
• 1 cup mixed vegetables.
• 2 tblsp chillie sauce – of choice.
• 2 tblsp tomato sauce.
• 2 tblsp H.P. Sauce.
• Some grated cheese.
Cook chicken with all the ingredients except cheese and mix vegetables. When almost done add in mixed vegetables, and cook for 5 more minutes.
SALAD
•1 small tin Baked Beans.
•2 green chillies sliced.
•Half cup yoghurt.
•1 medium onion chopped.
•1 medium tomato chopped.
•Salt n pepper.
•Mix all together.
•Fill roti with filling, salad and cheese.
•Roll like a swiss roll and microwave until cheese melts.
