Versatile yeast dough recipe for subs, pizzas, buns, pitas, shwarmas, calzones etc…(30.05.14)

Ingredients
5 cups flour
1 pkt 10g instant yeast
¼ cup sugar
2 tsps salt
1 tsp ground green chillies
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 ¼ cups boiled water
1 cup oil
1 ¼ cups cold milk.

Method
Mix together milk, oil and water then. combine flour, instant yeast, salt, sugar, ground green chillies and mixed herbs in magimix.t hereafter. make dough with liquid ingredients and form into soft dough. leave to rise until double its size.  Use for shawarmas, pizzas, calzones and subs. To make garlic pitas.. make small balls and roll into an oblong shape. prick with a fork and put on a hot tawa, drizzle a little ghee and garlic butter. To make shawarmas.. make small balls and roll into small roties. roties must be a bit thick. bake in a preheated oven of 200dc… until they puff up. Remove and add filling of choice. To make subs form small pieces of dough into subs, brush egg, eave to rise and bake. when cool slit subs slightly on the top and put filling of choice. sprinkle cheese and decorate with cubed colour peppers. For mini pizzas, roll small pieces of dough into small rotis and bake slightly.. make up your pizzas of choice.
