Ingredients:
1 Small bunch of coriander leaves
Method:
Grind garlic, ginger, coriander, chilies, turmeric, peppercorns and salt to a paste.
Fry the sliced onions till brown and crisp.
Coat the chops with the yoghurt and macula paste.
Heat oil and fry the chops with curd till tender and brown.
Serve with chips, salads and rotis.
