1 loaf French bread.
2 cups cooked chicken strips.
1 cup polony , cubed n fried.
1 cup viennas cubed n fried.
2 Tblspn tomato sauce.
2 Tblspn mustard sauce.
3 tab Steers Peri-Peri Sauce.
2 tab mayonnaise.
4 potatoes chips fried.
1 tsp red chillies.
Salt to taste.
1 cup mozzarella cheese.
Foil
•Slit French Loaf Combine steak,polony ,viennas n add all the sauces.
•Place the steak mixture onto the french bread.
•Top with fried chips and add more sauces of your choice.
•Cover chips with mozzarella and gouda cheese and close the bread.
•Wrap in foil and heat in a pre heated oven 200 degrees for 5-8 mins.
• Serve Hot
Patties for burgers
1 kg mince
1 big onion
1 big raw potato
5 Tblspn green masala
1 bunch green dhana
1 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup jungle oats
2 Tblspn dry dhana
Magimix everything together. Form patties with a patty maker n freeze. Grill in oven. Use to make burgers.
Subs
Cut chicken in thin strips n cook with:
Nandos sauce, tomato sauce, mayonnaise, red chillies, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic salt ,lemon pepper, dry parsley.
Cut rolls in centre fill filling with chicken, kachoomer n cheese n grill in oven till cheese melts.
Toasted steak
1/2 kg Steak cut in strips
Cook with 1 tsp ginger garlic masala
1 tsp salt
1 tsp arad
2 tsp dry dhana
5 Tab lemon juice
1 grated onion
1 grated tomato
3 Tab tomatoe puree
Ghee/oil
Once meat is cooked flake meat and add tomato sauce, mayonaise n mustard sauce.
Fry chips season with salt, vinegar n red chillies.
Put steak , then seasoned chips and grated cheese.
Butter the sandwich on both sides and toast .
Wrap in foil n serve immediately.
