Goat meat recipes (17.08.17)


Make vagaar with 1 onion
Add about 1kg of chops to it
Add 1tsp garlic flakes
1tsp salt 1tsp coarse black pepper
Few green chillies
1 tsp red chillie powder

Cook on low heat till almost done Add some baby potatoes and onions and cook till done. Lastly add about 3/4 cup fresh cream and cook little longer Garnish with greens and serve



1 goat leg washed and drained

125g butter

1/4 cup fried onions crushed

¼ cup raw onions grated

½ tsp saffron

A little egg yellow coloring

1 ½ tsp crushed garlic

1 tblsp ginger garlic masala

1 tsp crushed green chillies

1 tblsp dhania powder

1 tsp jeero powder

1 tblsp crushed red chillies

1 tsp lemon pepper

½ tsp thyme – fresh or dry

Juice of a lemon

Salt to taste

Any sauces of choice….. Tomatoes sauce, machachos sauce, steers garlic sauce etc… Mix all the above ingredients together to make a paste. Pierce the leg in many places, and marinate making sure the whole leg is covered with marination. Allow to marinate overnight or longer, then cook on a low oven till done. Serve with vegetables.
