1 kg Lamb chops
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp salt
2 tsp green chillies
1 tsp crushed jeeru
1 tspp lemon pepper
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 cup water
Batter:
1 cup self raising flour
½ cup potato, finely grated
1 egg, beaten
¾ cup water
Salt, pepper and green
Chillies to taste
Oil for frying
Marinate chops with spices and lemon juice
Add water and cook on low heat until tender
Combine the self raising flour, potato egg and add the water to make abatter
Season with spices
Dip each chop in batter and fry in shallow oil until light gold
Remove and drain on paper towel
